Approximately 41,500 LBS.Repair / Condition ReportUpon purchase inspection, we completed the following: Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean. We then serviced the engine and replaced the engine air filters. Transmission and hydraulic filters were cut open and checked for contaminates and they were clean. Checked the transmission, final drive and hydraulic oils and they were all clean. Repaired any leaks on the machine. Checked that all pressures were set to OEM specifications. Repaired the track frame guards. REBUILT and reupholstered the seat assembly. Replaced the pins and bearings in the angle cylinders. Replaced the pins and bearings in the tilt cylinder. Reskinned the blade face. Installed NEW sprocket segments. Repaired all of the lights. Completed any required cosmetic repairs. Completed any other miscellaneous repairs as required. Installed and tested a NEW Midwestern Model 540C Draw Works pipelayer attachment. This unit has been sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed in our painting facilities.This unit is ready to go.
