This candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks, including, but not limited to office supply ordering, preparation of conference rooms, stocking the kitchen supplies, time entry, copying, filing, and assisting with excess work from other legal assistants.
The ideal candidate would have a positive attitude, be a team player and effectively prioritize their workload.
In addition, a successful candidate should possess good oral and written communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, knowledge of MS Office, and experience with document management systems, and time and billing systems.
Experience in litigation is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
